Payment Methods

Cancellation of the order
For all products: Due to their perishable and sensitive nature, the customer has the right to modify or cancel the order within the first 24 hours before processing and dispatch by contacting customer service.

During business hours (from 9:30 am to 5 pm from Sunday to S).
If the customer cancels the order and before it is processed and sent, the refunded amounts will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within (2-3) days.
After 24 hours and if the order is processed and sent, the order cannot be cancelled and no amount will be refunded.
For all frozen products: After delivery, the products cannot be returned or cancelled due to their sensitive nature. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must carefully examine it and ensure that it is in good condition.
Governing Law
All disputes or legal issues related to the “Maryam Jeddah Trading Company” website and its services are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the courts in it shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any such disputes.
